I was so impressed by the marketing rep Rodney. He was so efficient in explaining to me how Vivial marketing could help my business grow. He went over all of the benefits and was very patient in opening my eyes to the increased opportunities of having the right marketing tools. After a very disappointing and rocky start resulting from a dishonest sales recruit lady, I am pleased to say that Hailee, my Digital Account Coordinator, has been spectacular in making things right! She has been there for me and feels like my best(est) friend. Putting together a business web presence when you know nothing about it is very stressful. Hailee is responsive, cordial and gets business done. Vivial is very fortunate to have her. Every company needs someone like that, including mine. I am very happy with the results, my new website, and services.

My experience with Vivial Marketing has exceeded my expectations. As a business owner I am the biggest skeptical of all the online marketing companies due to past experiences not producing as sold. However, I have had the best experience with Garett. He came out to my business and explained how their platform works. Like I said I was a skeptic so I said I needed to sleep on it. He called me back a few weeks later to check if I'd made a decision, we talked some more over the phone. He took more time to explain and go over in depth and more details. He made feel comfortable without being pushy so I decided it can't hurt to try. I can say I have been extremely satisfied with their knowledge and the content they provide. I have a wonderful team (Jackie, Christine, Jansen and more behind the scene) that works on my account and a dashboard to login and see the results. We have monthly meetings to go over the results and evaluate content and key words and adjust if necessary. I chose Vivial because they are local to my area and do not sub out their work overseas. I have used other companies who treat you like a number. Once they take your money it is like they forgot about you and your advertising. Garett has not forgotten about me and stays in touch making sure I am happy with my results. I am happy because there is result!. In the past I would be dreading a payment for advertising now I am excited about that payment. I could go on and on about my experience but one thing I can say is you won't know until you try for yourself. I had to share for others out there who have also been in my position. The Miracle of Massage is a small company in Stone Mountain GA. We are not in a high visibility location and so we rely on the internet to bring us business. Vivial has done an amazing job over the years we have been with them. Presently about 90% of our business comes from Google organic searches. As a small company we would not continue to invest in something which was not working. Vivial works very well. We depend on our awesome Account Coordinator, Tiffany England to help us achieve each next goal and she always goes above and beyond to make it happen.
We look forward to continued growth with Vivial's support.

Jeret Adair and Todd helped me out two years with my business and I still have products with Vivial today. Vivial's customer service has gone down the drain after their merger with Thryv. I scheduled a call with my account rep (Ashley) after 3 months of not hearing back from them. She did not show up on the call and still hasn't replied to my voicemail or email after 48 hours. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Loved this company at the start. Ketan Solanki was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Would take the time to follow up and make sure I knew what was going on with the marketing process. He assigned me an account coordinator named Haisha, she took the time to set up my business directory. She was also a big help with everything. I felt like the company’s communication was superb, so I decided to use Vivial to market my secondary small business. I gave a call to Ketan, but no answer. So I decided to email him, but was informed by Haisha that Ketan does not work there anymore.

Of course I was bummed out, but still decided to sign up my other business. I made an appointment with Haisha for my directories. While waiting for Haisha to join the call, a coworker informed me that she will be taking a few months off. Not sure what’s going on, perhaps they are laying people off because of covid-19. It has been close to 3 weeks and my new business directories have not been created. Haisha got it done in a couple of days. I was told that I will receive login info for the retargeting campaigns. Not even sure if those ads are running yet. Not to mention, no results from any marketing campaigns. Not a bad business, just going through a tough time.

Edited: Vivial has been a little more responsive lately, but I have not seen any results from the online display ads. They literally put some images and creative together and call it an ad. I run a small tree service company and acquiring one good tree client a month should pay for Vivial’s monthly advertising cost. I always ask my client how they find us and have never heard them say from Google or any directories. It is always from our other forms of advertisements. I would think they would at least test and optimize the ads with different creative and images. They just set it and forget it. Tried canceling my subscription, but was told I still under contract for a few more months. Very disappointed with this company!
