Caroline is truly a gem! From the moment we met, we loved her and felt very comfortable with her. She was very patient with us as we both bought a new home, and sold our old home. We weren't sure if we wanted land or an existing home and she was very helpful talking us through each of those options. She was flexible with going to look at properties - we drug her to some unique (read: disaster) places! When we found the perfect home she was so helpful with the purchase process and made us feel at ease. She was a skilled listing agent. Her expertise helped us get our dream offer! She also provided the very necessary emotional support we needed while we sold our first home. Caroline is very knowledgeable, flexible with times to go see properties, responsive, and she has a ton of local contacts that we have used extensively in both our new and old home. Caroline is AWESOME! She was referred to me by a friend from work. This was my second house buying experience and she made it so much easier than my first even through a pandemic. She went out of her way to make sure we could see as many houses as possible before the stay at home order went into effect. She is very patient, kind and caring. I worked with Caroline when I bought my home in the summer of 2019 and was so pleased with my experience! Before I found Caroline, I was working with a realtor who was unresponsive and never available, so several of the homes I was interested in were going fast. I was starting to lose hope, so a friend of mine recommended that I reach out to Caroline. I could tell that Caroline was dedicated and willing to work tirelessly to help me find a home from the very beginning. She offered to meet me in person the same day I contacted with her, and even took me to view a condo that my previous realtor claimed had no openings for the next two days. I ADORE Caroline's laid back, yet professional and organized manner. She made sure to get to know me and exactly what I was looking for, and she never made me feel pressured to change my mind or settle for something I was not crazy about. Her dedication, diligence, and knowledge really impressed me, and she was able to turn a very stressful situation into a fun one. Caroline is very upbeat, positive, honest, and thoughtful. Caroline was probably the easiest choice my husband and I could’ve made when searching for our home. As first time homebuyers, we appreciated someone that was upfront, honest, and would take the time to explain all of the terminology without trying to persuade us one way or the other. Caroline was constantly available to us even at late and early hours of the day. Since we bought our house during the pandemic, we had to constantly acclimate. It wasn’t easy, but we worked together the entire time, and surprisingly, in the most timely fashion. Most importantly, I appreciated how personal the experience felt with Caroline, and that I still feel 100% comfortable reaching out to her for additional information regarding my home, repair and maintenance referrals, and anything else even after closing.

Caroline was an incredible realtor, and helped us navigate every detail of buying and selling a house. She worked tirelessly and around the clock to make sure we had everything we needed, and to answer all of our many, many questions. She is highly organized, thorough, and on top of it all, FUN to work with. She never made us felt pressured, but felt like a partner instead of a third party.
