The food was great, the atmosphere was very nice. Service was on point. It was busy, and that is good. Servers did a great job keeping up. The reason I give a 4 star is because I am huge on trying bloody Mary's. The taste was blah and missing something, but the presentation was nice and pretty. The yuca fries were super good.

We had a great experience at The Exchange on Tejon in Colorado Springs. The service was great, their pastries and breads are wonderful. They also have lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. I ordered Lox on a GF bagel. The lox was high quality and delicious. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich that he said was delicious. I ordered a slice of gluten free coconut, raspberry bread with cream cheese icing. Phenomenal flavor.
The coffee smelled wonderful but I didn’t order a drink. I will definitely go again and plan to order a coffee drink next time.
I highly recommend The Exchange for wonderful food, service and atmosphere.

BEST gluten free spot in the springs. So many delicious pastry options, and delicious sandwiches. I will probably come here every time I visit the springs going forward.

Also, it’s a great spot to bring a book or your laptop and just get some work done. Or for happy hour. All the things!

I have nothing bad to say about this place. People were kind. Food was fantastic. Alcoholic beverages fantastic and they didn’t skimp on the alcohol. Coffee was delicious. I would highly recommend this place for lunch or breakfast.

Probably not the best place for a large party, due to the seating. It’s a first come first served basis

Great VEGAN options! If you don’t handle spice very well, get the green chili on the side and add it to your liking. Great place to meet, chill, drink and be Merry!

This place is a vibe!

The bread, cookies, and muffin display were eye candy to start the day, with so many options (including GF!). I went with the breakfast sandwich, which was cheesy and delicious.

Friendly staff, and you can’t beat a free refill on iced coffee! Bonus points for the roll-up doors that let in the open air and sunshine, creating the perfect combo to start your morning.

I only pass through Colorado Springs occasionally, but when I discovered it last year, I liked it so much that I made a point of stopping by again this year. They have a couple of vegetarian sandwiches on the menu, which was draw for me. Can't remember what I had last year, but this time I had a Vietnamese-ish sandwich with tofu. Delicious! Service and atmosphere. Recommend!
