They make you believe you will have a 14 day trial , NOT FREE, they take your money same day it around 684$ USD mean in cad $ Canada around 1035$ Because them. i have - in my bank account. 0$ I need paid my bank who is not possible right now no money just because this stupid company saying free trial it false , i lost my 2 work paiement and all money i was have in the bank
Hope i see my money back but i scare i will not.. also if you cancel..from PayPal or maybe your credit card because it impossible cancel from online bank i have also send email but yeah nothing back no answer and no money.

Spocket is very good for my business but ran into some problems for listing.I have used AutoDS one. Their apps are good but the support level is very poor. After that I used zeedrop app after getting idea from someone. I am getting good support from them and I am able to finish the work in less time.

In no case do not give Spocket card details!!!
I used their test period, saw in a couple days that the suppliers of my product were almost non-existent, and turned off the automatic subscription payment in the first few days of its checkout. But I was charged $100 in 2 weeks (24 October)

On the same day (24 October) I asked for a refund as I didn't use the service and don't plan to, to which I was told by live support that the service has a non-refund policy

Do not trust them!!

Hi signed up for the "free trial period" and as soon as I started to use the app I didn't like it. Slow website, search functionality didn't work as expected showing wrong results all the time not to say that the products are expensive for a drop shipping supplier (they actually force you to create an account if you want to see the prices because probably they know this).

The worst came after, since I realized it wasn't the website/supplier I was looking for I cancelled my membership through their very complicated and hard to find flow for the cancellation and got the modal confirming my cancellation. Month after got charged 38 euros which isn't even the lowest package they have, after contacting support by email saying I did the cancellation the same day as I signed up and I never ended up using their service due to the reasons I mentioned above they told me this is what it is basically and that they would not refund my money when was clearly an issue with their system.

I felt scammed and really don´t recommend them to anyone.

Spocket charged my card without notification or consent after a free trial I barely used. I never agreed to a subscription, and their support refused to refund me, hiding behind a "no-refund policy."
This is theft, plain and simple. They take your money without permission and refuse to return it, even if you never used their service. Their customer service is a joke—unhelpful and unwilling to connect me to a manager or anyone with real authority.
Avoid this company at all costs, and never share your card details with them unless you want to lose your money for nothing.

Scam. Look anywhere else. They make you believe you will have a 14 day trial on ALL their plan. Only to find out that the annual membership dont have this advantage.They are not taking care of their customer and only want your money. Bad bad services and I am disputing my charge as we are all entitle for consumer protection law even if they say its written everywhere on their website that they do not offer refund for annual plan. As I can see on someone else post, they dont even honor it on monthly plan as well so. I cancelled and asked for a refund no more than a couple of hours after subscribing , not even 24 hr, didnt use my account, didnt set up a store, didnt even use their plateform other than to look at what they had in store and realise how slow and bad their plateform is compare to others. Now to try to resolve this solution, they are offering me an extra month off. What a joke. This is not how you make partnership in business, you just lost a chance and maybe potential other business partner by not taking care of your customers. Beware.

I was billed on Dec 1st, and contacted them the very next day since I never used their service. They denied my refund request, and now I will have to dispute it with my bank, what a headache. Seriously any other website would have refunded me if I contacted them within 24 hours lol.

Don't sign up with this company. They are pure scammers. Once you sign up with a monthly subscription you will be sick after that. You have no access to your account. Customer service will tell you pure lies saying "they don't see a subscription with the email you signed up with them".They will keep on charging you that subscription amount every month. I had to change my bank card. Beware this is your warning here ⚠️
