One of the worst and most ill-mannered agency you might ever find to work with. Have absolutely no maturity in dealing with clients. No wonder many of today's kids like these become entrepreneurs only to flaunt the tag CEO etc. with little or no maturity in doing business. I have been a client and after the interactions decided to have no business with these guys ever. Take an instance, if they were to add your access to google analytics for your website which would be a couple of minutes of job, they'll take a week. If you ask for a quicker access, they'll say that their standard operating procedure and if you insist on getting access sooner than a week coz of a business need, they'll write an email to the CEO of your company rebuking you for not allowing them to do a job of one minute in a week. Need I say more about the client relationship and business maturity of these guys? Now since they are into seo and smm you might see 100 fake super reviews to counteract poor reviews... typical agency response... huh! please do business with these guys at your own risk!
