If I could give this company 0 stars I would. First and foremost the software itself does not work. The sales websites you can create constantly break and they do not integrate correctly with other services.
The email service is also clunky.
Additionally they bill for the year. I canceled the service last year and despite this somehow the service remained active. I contacted for a refund the day the payment went through.
There response was to preach their policy of never giving refunds unless I was a new customer and it was within 30 days.
Attempted to escalate my concern and was ignored.
Will be reporting this company to every place I can. So frustrating. Do not do business with them.

Was sold a mastermind at an “introductory price”. Thank god. All the courses were broken. The email information was inaccurate. When I tried to address the issues I experienced via a support call, I was told that I should only have expected the mastermind Zoom calls when I bought the product. Then a few months later they cancelled the calls and the program entirely. I had paid for the year in advance to lock in a discount and when I requested a partial refund I was ignored, and even told that they wouldn’t find a compromise for me specifically. On the last call, I had told the coach that I felt pressured and gaslit. No wonder they canceled the program.
