Taking on the licence of a well known and established Australian activewear brand we needed a partner we could trust to build and grow a stronger social media presence and brand awareness in UK. After an initial briefing meeting Amber Mountain produced a strategy document for us which totally got under the skin of our brand values and outlined for us who our target market should be going forward. We didn’t have any UK social media pages which was hindering our opportunities in a very saturated market. The diligent and hard working team at Amber Mountain took the stress out of all of the set up for us and also now design weekly newsletters to our database of customers which regular provide sales spikes and help us gain new customer data with monthly analysis reports. There have been many challenges for us as a startup but Amber Mountain have been super responsive at all times and have proved patient and proactive during multiple goal posts changing from our side enabling us to successfully launch our business .

As a small business owner, it's hard to find affordable, professional, reliable people who know what they're doing and provide the service you need to take your business to the next level. Amber Mountain took the time to get to know Papalona, our product and importantly - our ethos so that they could reflect it in our posts and marketing campaigns. Their apprentice scheme means that I get great help on a weekly basis from someone who knows what they're doing - to make sure that our social media and advertising campaigns are branded and on message.
