Went to this place yesterday because I have a back pain. I don’t have enough time to drive around and find a good massage place so I went in And get the service. The lady named Cece S did my massage, I get one hour massage which is cost me $60 but when I pay, the total is $65 I didn’t ask any question and said it’s OK. I needed a massage right now so I go for it.. I told her to give me a medium intensity But mostly, she give me hard, and I really hate when they start using their elbow and most of the time I have a tear eye because the intensity it’s too much for me to handle. I went in 6:33 pm. She didn’t start the massage until probably 6:40ish, during our session she went out three times and probably just came back about 3 to 5 minutes so I was shorted 15 minutes from my session and then she finish early which is 7:29pm. I was not able to get my 60 minutes that I paid for. Then I was surprised as heading out she stop me at the from counter and ask me do you want to pay card? I was confused because I already paid. She maybe talk about the tip, so I handed her a card my card sometimes has a problem because of the chip, she tried 3 times and get upset because my card is not working and tell me maybe no money, I have money on my card and I told her charge $10 and she refused it she told me no, you need to give $20. I mean seriously? I get scammed, so if you want a massage don’t come her unless you want to get scammed. Terrible experience, will never ever coming back.

I felt so much better after my massage. Be aware, I asked for hard pressure and I got it! I can take a pretty extreme massage and I almost had to ask for a softer approach. The massage artist could read my body language and lightened her pressure on her own. Definitely recommended.

I honestly don’t understand the hate with the reviews… yes I had to sit in the lobby for 20 minutes; seriously? Where do you go now days without having to wait. Then I got a very relaxing back and neck massage it was $60 upfront and worth every minute. No funny business at all, of course the masseuse wants a tip… stop being stingy, I gave up $40 because the neck massage was amazing.

Literally the worst massage experience I have ever had. I paid for an hour and at 35 minutes the masseuse tried to tell me it was over. Then ten minutes later she tried the same thing. She also left the room 3 different times during the massage.

In addition, this was not ever a massage, 90% was nothing more than her lightly rubbing her hands over my back, legs, and arms. There was NO pressure, kneading, or anything synonymous with a massage.

I was severely disappointed.

It was nice that I could get an appointment the same day. The massage was good but every time the phone rang or someone came in the front door, she would leave and talk to them, then come back. She was the only one there, I think.

Best massage I've gotten in salt lake city so far. Walked on my back and got it to pop, then had good pressure throughout the rest of the time.The massage is not for an hour, and the lady was older but still attractive. Well worth the 60$. Left very ha😁😁y
Update a year later, staff are very pretty young ladies. More expensive, massage and table shower mediocre. Guess that's the trade off.. give me aged and experienced any day.

I'm never coming back here ever again. I'm not sure if they're trained to give massages but it seemed like the lady didn't know what she was doing... Also when we got done she gave me my receipt and told me to put $14 dollars as tip. I gave her half of what she asked and she threw a fit. Should've gave her zero after that! This was happening while I was putting my clothes on. I wish I could get a refund. It was such a bad experience.

Some of the girls that work here do great work. But the woman that runs the place is unprofessional, we set up an appointment and when we showed up there was no one available to give the massage. Last time, she demanded a bigger tip than what she deserves. Never going back.
