Move in was quick and easy. I felt like Ms. Kelly really listened to all of our needs and hooked us up with a great quiet apt. There was a problem with my front door lock the first day I was moving in but Kelly made sure maintenance came over within like 10mins after I went to the office and told her and he fixed it super quick. Thanks again!

Coming from a vendor who has been visiting this property since 2023 it has been extremely exciting to see this property come to life. Kelly & Yasheka have been a dream team! It is so refreshing to see cars in the parking lot, families outside, a cleaner parking lot, and landscaping. It is rare to have people in these positions who truly take pride in their work and have compassion for this industry in helping people find a home. Keep up the good work DLP!

0/5 Would NOT recommend. Maintenance? HORRIBLE. These apartments? EVEN WORSE. Mold and mildew growing everywhere, everything is outdated. Things breaking every other day. Take weeks for maintenance to come. Charged fees for no reason. Neighbors Loud and ghetto. Don’t clean up and will leave trash everywhere. Dumpsters have molded furniture left onside of them for months at a time. Pest control Non existent. Save ya money!

OMG! The office staff is amazing! I had a problem with the lock on my bedroom door. Ms. Kelly is so helpful! She sent the maintenance over and it was fixed right away!

When I went into the office to inquire about an apartment, I dealt with two fantastic ladies. Kelly Richardson and Yasheka Daniels were both knowledgable and friendly. The grounds were well maintained and the apartment shown to me was suitable for my needs. They gave me all the information and steps needed. Flingers crossed that I get in.

When we first moved in here 2yrs ago it was fine... Yeah our apartment hadn't had no work done, the floors were horrible, all scratched up and everything, peeling. But we lived with it. After living going through so many different managers.... This place is awful. The maintenance guy does nothing around here understandable he is working alone pretty much... The mangers in the front don't give a care at all. Where we are located the washer and dryers had been out of order for 3 months!!!! The company came out twice and lied both times saying they had fixed them... Complained to the front office was told to make a maintenance request so they could have it taken care of... The lied as well same day we made the request they lied and said it had been fixed. You have people that live here that don't care about how trashy they make it... Throwing trash everywhere, overflowing the dumpsters, not cleaning up after themselves. Pest control is also a joke!!! Whenever they do come they only spray the kitchen and downstairs bathroom, we live in a 3bd 3ba.... There was already issues when we first moved in because they had trapes out.. We can't wait until our lease is up which will be December so we could move!!!! I don't understand how mangers of an apartment complex can see for themselves that people are moving out, that the place is a mess and not think "let's get it together" maybe because they don't care, they don't have to stay here... Your taking 1000s of dollars from people.... Do some work and stop sitting around in the office!!!
