Park east has the friendliest office staff and help you when you need it. Apartments ate super clean and taken care of. Ms jordan has made my move in very easy with her help. I am so appreciative to be living here. I would recommend moving here to anyone.

So I had a appointment today to look at the 3 bedroom apartment with one of the leasing people for 1:30pm I get there for 1:10 to be early for a good impression. So I walk up to the door. I noticed that it's all dark in there( pitch black.) and they got a sign on the door that says we'll return @9:04 I'm thinking it was a mistake so I text the leasing agent and tell her what's going on? And she tells me can I wait to two? If I don't hear from nobody let her know but I'm telling her that it's already dark in the building. I've called the number she told me call it again so I called again. Of course the same result. No one answers. My only problem with this whole thing is why set up appointment then text me upon text me over and over asking me to be there for 1:30 and then for me to get there and no one's there. That's just very unprofessional like I lived here before and for 4 years. Never had a problem with the office or anything. I was living there back when they was under the old company DLP. (I think the company name was).Ms. Pam and Ms. Shirley was the leasing agents never had an issue with them. Not saying the people in the office is at fault. I'm blaming the person that was texting me that's over the Park East 1and 2 for this issue.They just need to get someone that works in the building to setup appointments instead of someone that not even there or can get in touch with the people that work at that building.

The staff was so attentive and helpful. Sylvan gave me a tour and thoroughly explained the leasing process. A few days later I had additional questions and the managers Caleb & Tedric were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Great Service!

I have been having issues with my rental fees being overcharged and unnecessary late fees being accessed. I reported the issue to Mr. Caleb, manager of Park East I and II on several occasions, since March and the issue still has not been corrected. Mr. Caleb advised that he has informed his higher management concerning this issue (each time I have reported it to him) but I have yet to see any adjustments. Please correct my account as soon as possible.

As a new resident of this property, I can confidently say that my experience thus far has been nothing but positive. From the moment I went to tour. Mr Caleb is awesome in understanding I can't thank him enough he's very quick to responding to all questions. I cannot say enough about how much I love this building.Beautiful apartment complex, great amenities, friendly and amazing staff.

They moved my family in the back of the complex. My truck was shot up. (Neighbors having altercations) My catalytic converter was stolen. The Ac went out time after time during the hottest days of my life 90 degrees inside. Yeah they gave us a window unit it sucked my entire family had to sleep in the living room for over a week. Spiders outside the door couldn't even use the front door because of infestation. The toilets backup when it rains. Cars get broken into. Dlp management previously ran it now there's some new guys on the block who have taken over and are still no good. I would not recommend this be a place for you if you have kids or appreciate your vehicle that's parked outside. Cameras don't help nor do they work well enough to solve there crimes.

5 star experience due to Mr. Caleb. The best property manager! I was in dire need of an apartment to move into very quickly. He was understanding, consistent, and empathetic. I will forever be grateful. In addition, the apartment complex is very quiet and clean.
