We have worked with Answer Media for years to help supplement our in house marketing team. We chose Answer Media because they are a team led by strong, insightful women who are similar to those in our target market, so we could gain their insights into women's buying behavior, messaging, and social media strategies. We've found AM to be jack-of-all-trades agency who can help fill in gaps and elevate our messaging from the human level. They have consistently offered to take on additional responsibilities and try to add value in out of the box ways.

What separates AM from other agencies is their team. They've been able to cultivate a group that I feel genuinely cares about our brand and mission, so we don't just feel like another client in their weekly schedule. I worked with the CEO, Breanne Zapien, on a website project. I can genuinely say that initially she seemed great to work with, but then she consistently started misspelling my first name in our email communications, even after I kindly pointed it out to her. Among many things, this portrays carelessness, disrespect, and lack of attention to detail - components that are crucial when considering working with someone.

I was told by Breanne herself that her company performed daily backups that I could get from them if needed; I have tried contacting her many times for the last eight months to get my website backup and she has not responded once.

If she could no longer provide the backup as she assured, that's all she would have had to say. For her to not respond demonstrates lack of integrity and professionalism, incapability to follow through, and again, immense disrespect.

At best, I was misled and disregarded - at worst, I was lied to and ignored.

It's important to note this company claims it is women-led, while that may be true, an authentic leader would not ignore a client the way Breanne has. Her behavior is not of a leader, rather a covert oppressor.

If you're seeking a company that's led by someone who's respectful, professional, pays attention to detail, and has true integrity - I would genuinely suggest looking elsewhere.
