I went to see Dr. Gale a total of 4 times. I would not recommend her to anyone, in any circumstance. It's appauling to me that she uses her PHD to berarrate her clients. Leaving you feeling terrorized vs helping you feel schooled, or cared for, and makes you feel like a piece of trash!

My only child, son, of 38 yrs old, was brutally taken at the hands of a monster in 2019, a 1st degree murder. This is the reason that I suffer with severe PTSD to this day. It has devastated my life. But im doing my best to make it on this earth and ride the waves of deep grief with help from my Lord and Savior, family, and friends.Her answer to his murder, and my upside down life, as I was describing him as a person, was to come back with, "How do you know he didn't want to die? Then told me that (I) myself, live in a junkyard, that I'm garbage, bc I now require medication to sleep and for pain that I suffered through most of my adult life, and told me my physical and mental pain, is all a result of being medicated. I've had terrible physical pain since I was in my 20's... I had some major damage from boat and car crashes. I took advil and Tylenol for forty years, to maintain a functioning employee. I went 38 years without being put on anything that wasn't OTC, even when it barely took the edge off She's pompous, rude, erogant, and has zero tact or empathy and compassion or discernment, a lack of compassion for delicate PTSD situations such as mine. I felt completely terrorized, not therapeutic, cared for. Book smart doesn't mean you are qualified to be a caretaker. That, Gale, you are certainly not.

Gale has helped me through several difficult life events over the past several years. This clinic technically specializes in addiction recovery, but I came seeking help for an eating disorder relapse, depression, and techniques to help me with my sometimes debilitating anxiety.
I feel very cared for by Gale and the entire staff at APS. I’ve recommended her to several friends, and will continue to do so.
