We got our first Kinetico back in 2012. When it was time to replace some systems, we came back and we are so happy that we did. The team here is fantastic. Matt came to the house and not only took care of the issues that we were having, but then offered some perfect solutions to address ongoing concerns. He worked directly with the owners to find the parts we needed quickly so we didn't have to wait for quality water. They worked with us on budget and installation was a breeze! Matt was so friendly and helpful. We felt safe with him working on the premises and he was very respectful of our time and property.

We’ve had a Kinetico water filtration system for a few years, but decided to add a reverse osmosis system. The water quality is outstanding — well worth the investment! Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He did an amazing job installing the equipment in a way that it looks great and maximizing the space. He also explained everything he did during maintenance of our existing system. Super happy with the great job he did!

Mike came to our Florida home regarding a Kinetico system that would adress our desire for better tastng and softer water.
We have had Kinetico products in our Wisconsin home since early 1980 and and have been very happy with quality and performance. He was very pleasant and informative and helped us choose the best system for us for our Florida home.
Matt did the installation ... very pleasant and respectful, helpful young man.
We could tell that he really understood the system.
After two weeks, we definitely notice a big difference in our water quality.

Kinetico continues to impress me. I've had their system for about six years, and it works like a charm. Today was my annual maintenance check, and Wisdom was my tech guy. He was awesome! With so much going on, we tend to forget the little things. Wisdom lived up to his name by providing me with little details to keep my system running seamlessly. HORRIBLE SERVICE product failed within 2 yrs won’t come out of by pass called corporate was told to call local office called got answering service then they tried to call the ON CALL tech who refused to do anything unless I agreed to pay 350.00 dispatch fee, plus parts. This unit
Supposedly has a 10 year parts warranty. (I have called them no less than 10 times in 2 yrs for issues THEY ARE NEVER AVAILABLE and have never fixed any issues )I said no thank you and hung up an another person who said they were the service manager called and was to busy fixing dinner to worry with me. Telling me to call the city and they will adjust my bill. He has had to do this several times tells me that the product is subpar if you know that the city will do this I have cut the system out and restored water to my home. AVOID AT ALL COST ITS A SCAM unit has been removed please see attached photos

Called and spoke with Mike and from the first conversation I was impressed with his caring attitude. When we moved into our new home we called he immediately got in contact with the right people to address our concerns. The service manager went and discovered the irrigation was installed wrong and without asking corrected the problem and then called us to inform what he discovered and how he corrected it. Then a follow call from Mike to make sure we are doing g OK. Customer service and customer care above and beyond any dreams. If you want 1st customer care reach out to Mike and see what quality customer care is all about. Highly recommend this company.

I was very glad to meet Rick, I knew within the first few minutes I was in good hands. He took the time to answer all my questions, and boy did I have a lot of questions. It's wonderful to have purchased a wonderful machine but also with the machine you need a good doctor to fix it. I want to sign him up now for next visits. It's hard to find in today's society, someone who is respectful and caring that looks at the customers wants and needs before dollar signs. I'm sorry it only has 5 stars, he should've got 10,20 even 30. Thank you very much
