So many great things to say about Latched! As a digital strategist, I work with small businesses, entrepreneurs and artists with their web presence, social media, etc. A salon I worked with had a great website, but was in need of optimized LOCAL SEO only. This was hard to find in other SEO companies I interviewed. I was certain this salon only needed an uptick in their local hits because they are a small salon and had no need to attract outside area business. After speaking with the reps at Latched a few times, they understood the issue and took on the challenge. Not only had they not worked this extensively with salons, doing a local SEO job was a bit of a challenge. The website health moved from 82% to 96%, they assisted on getting Directory Citations completed (needed for local SEO) AND audited our Google My Business and social (which was optimized, but they reviewed it anyway). The results were stunning with the site running smoothly, analytics set up appropriately and Google Search Console created (which was difficult due to Google not responding quickly!). Cameron G, our tech, also suggested what we could do to assist the site even more, such as additional blogs and continued SEO.
