For training I recommend this place to give you the right tools to fix behaviors.

For boarding I don't recommend. When I dropped off my dog the wrong address was on google and I called 4+ times and had to wait 30 minutes to get a response when they know I was coming. My dog developed a bacterial infection, had swelling under his chin and a severe ear infection. He clearly wasn't given enough attention and when I talked to Shelly she said she didn't notice the swelling which was quite obvious. When my sister picked him up she said he was very stinky so she went home to give him a bath. Attached are pictures we took when we picked him up.

If you love your fur baby don't board before seeing the facilities and don't expect any pictures either, I received 0 pictures when I left my dog for 2.5 weeks. When I saw my dog after my trip I felt physically sick knowing he was in poor conditions for so long. I had a $300 vet bill after picking him up to diagnose him with the skin conditions he developed there.

I got my dog service trained. I am a veteran and needed to retire my old service dog. I took my dog her to get training. Once the training was over Mancini and I discussed more hands on training with me being there and us going out in public. We had one training since I got my dog back from him. I have tried for over 6 months now to get in contact to help me with the more training we agreed on and that I’ve already paid for the service for. Every time I receive a response and Mancini states he would contact me and he never does. Initially the reason for not scheduling training was due to personal reasons but now it’s been 6 months. I have requested a refund and still no response. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with this device and do not recommend this facility.

We are so lucky to have had our training here. It is nearly impossible to treat a dalmation to a service dog level, and Shelly was able to do the trick. They are dedicated to their craft and have way more than 20 years of experience as being leading wheelchair guide dog trainers. This is the power couple of dog training and we’re fortunate that they are within driving distance to us. We are now getting our second dog trained here and we are so thankful that we can send Dali back as well for unlimited refreshing. Our dalmation still recalls a lot of her training even two years our and naturally does this!
I don’t think there’s anyone more qualified in this area with a quality or experience they have. Don’t look anywhere else for your service dog training seriously.

We have a very stubborn Yorkshire Terrier name Allie. She is 4 now, but when she was a puppy, her behavior was so bad that my husband wanted to re-home her saying that she was "un-trainable." I was very upset over this. I found Mind Your Manners online and talked to Mancini and he agreed to help me. Allie went to his 2-week Board and Train program. When she came back she was a different dog. Thanks to Mancini, Allie is still a (now well behaved) member of our family! She also goes back for a visit when we need boarding as well. We couldn't be happier with Mind Your Manners!

Absolutely horrifying experience with Michael Mancini! One of the worst encounters I have ever had in my life! My dog was not properly trained various times I’ve tried to reach out to Michael Mancini and unfortunately he has ghosted me $4000 later I’m still frustrated, and it is beyond me how he can stay in business! If you are looking for a professional training experience for your dog, this place is definitely not it! He is fraudulent and should be reported and arrested! Luckily for him, I was stupid enough to sign his mischievous contract. I should have read the reviews on yelp before proceeding and hiring Michael to try and train my dog. This was a horrific, horrific experience and disappointment he was.

Beyond thankful I found Mancini soon after I adopted my rather rambunctious dog. While I have had dogs all my life, Mancini has taught me, my daughter, and my dog so much and we have seen so much improvement in our dog’s behavior. I would encourage any dog owner, whether they’re experienced with dogs or not, to work with Mancini.

We were real happy when we called this placed. Very personal and he listened to our needs.
Paid sent dog to training.
Wasn't really sure we got what we paid for, but hey what did we know.

Called a few months later asking for help and support which is what is offered.
We have tried for months.. and always an excuse.
Cannot proclaim they ghosted us.
Guess what they advertised is not what they give.

I am super disappointed and upset.
I am now training alone cause don't have the additional 5k or more to find someone new.
