I strictly recommend that you don’t go to this hotel unless you like dirty bedsheets and living with cockroaches. This place had dirty towels and pillows and it has no hand soap. The refrigerator had some sort of dirty substance on it. Plus there were cockroaches in the shower. It was my second time in the OYO hotel group and both experiences were terrible. Never Again.

Day one I arrived and checked in at aprox 4:30AM. The first room's toilet didn't flush. Went to office they switched rooms the floors were sticky as well as a dirty rag left on the ac unit. I was super tired and strapped for time. Notifed the front desk and was promised a phone call from the manager in the morning. No phone call nor any updates Went to the funeral the next day and upon my return I had to check back in to pay. Informed the clerk at the front desk that I had to use the rest room she tells me it's over there. There was no rest room available she took so long reseting the card, I ended up urinating on myself 15 plus minutes. Went to the room to change and for a nap, then I noticed a used condom wrapper under the ac unit, roaches and black mold. Spoke to the front desk before about some type of refund they said contact Customer Service. Contacted customer service and they said because I had already checked out they couldn't issue a refund and terminated the call. The only positive things about this place is no need bugs the black lady who helped when I first arrived and a late check out. There also was not ant house keeping. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

The front desk lady was very rude, had no interest at all and even getting up out of her chair to assist me. The room itself was passable... Electrical sockets hanging out of the wall holes in the bathroom door cigarette Burns on the comforter...... I guess for the price it was okay.... The air conditioner worked really well

I have been staying at this location for several months every morning I have to make a payment I deal with this Caucasian old bitter lady at the office who's been working here for 10 -12 years she's very racist very disrespectful very unprofessional! I have talked to the manager on several occasions nothing has been taken care of today she was extremely racist towards me quote "you people always complain!"I am not you people I am a human being that is a red flag right there! I have 25 years of customer service 10 to 15 years of management no way form or fashion should she still be working here that is unacceptable! I will go to corporate if I have to something needs to be taken care of I've also read the reviews all the reviews is mainly about her and her attitude how is she still working at this location? How is this okay something needs to be done expeditiously! I will be spreading the word about the service here till it's taken care of! Sincerely a disappointed customer who just wanted to make an payment! I have spent too much money here to be disrespected and treated like a peasant I am a queen and I deserve to have the most respect just how I have no problem giving her respect you shouldn't have got upset because I told I said love that's a word of endearing that's not a word that's an insult to anyone thank you have a great day!

Could not check in because the hotel had no power. Workers let it slip.they were behind on the bill. I was also refused a refund. There customer service is basically nonexistent. Spent 50 to sleep in my car.

It was so nasty and dirty and stink that I had to walk out because I feel like People deserves better if you pay your money for a good night sleep whether you on the road or on vacation why live in dirty Negative: Nothing there?s nothing good to say about this place. I?m warning people. Please save your money and yourself. Everything cheap and good. I learned it lesson. That?s the only good thing that I can say.

I've been staying here for the past week or so while waiting for my new place to be ready. The night clerk is always fantastic she's super sweet and anytime I've had any issues like the TV not working she promptly fixed it.
I had no problems til this morning. I went to try to extend. And the cost should have been $52 as I had a coupon and it has been consistently every time I've tried to extend. The older lady who works In the morning was so incredibly rude and was trying as hard as me. 80 bucks when I showed her. I had a coupon and it hadn't been that price for a week and a half now. She refused to give me the room at that price which is Crazy considering I can book a room for this evening And it be the fifty two dollar price. I've had no issues with anybody else. Except this one lady It was just so incredibly rude and honestly draws customers away.
