Do not be fooled but the freshly refinished main entrance. |The rooms are run down, smell of musty, have no working Tv or internet, the toilet did not work correctly, the shower rail was something to be desired, mirror and picture in the room where broken. The bed dipped badly in the middle and there was huge roaches. ||The breakfast included- was a few muffins that honestly I wouldn’t touch and cereal that was being stockpiled but local vagrants. ||The night desk staff has no hospitality and the early morning desk staff hid out of site to avoid questions ||This is not worth a 2 star rating nor is it worth the money!

We did not end up staying. This place was a dump! There was someone outback playing loud music and hanging out. The TV and internet did not work. The doors looked like they had been broken into. It was the worst ever. The lady at the front counter said we would have no issues getting a refund. Well I called expedia and they need to verify that we did not stay but there are no working numbers to get InTouch with them. This is terrible to advertise rooms and get there and they are trash literally the place was a trash dump!!

Me and my girlfriend came to stay. someone she knows asked to use the bathroom so we let them, the owner came talking mess saying she is banned from the hotel which we didn’t know, so he kicked us out not even 4 mins after we payed and he was very much rude I would never go back there. Oh and they wouldn’t refund us the money either, while I had my baby with me also. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We had a clogged toilet and they told us they can give us a bucket like who says that.

UNSAFE!!!
I check. in late.
Front desk Rude!!
People smoking weed outside of rooms,on parking,and them outside of my room someone was trying open my door..
It happens 2 times,only have 6 hours for rest and I think only sleep 3.?.
Do not stay here with family, kids,etc
Next door hotel looks much safe!!
And please update the pictures on the web,!!!

No tv,no smoke detecter, shower was not working, floor covering was awful, no breakfest and front desk attendent was very rude.I was told that that points would be credited to my account from which it was paid and that did not happen. I checked in 12/1 and checked out 12/2. Was shown as a no show on their books.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This hotel isn’t anything like the description. I’m here now and check out tomorrow the rooms look nothing like the photos. This morning I woke up for breakfast they didn’t have any breakfast cups were all over the counter. I asked the lady at the front desk did breakfast start she said yeah I mentioned it didn’t have anything she responded they ran out of everything besides cereal she refilled the cereal then she mentioned they had no milk. The sink in the bathroom also leaks when you turn it on. Highly upset.

The front desk attendant was extremely sweet but the rooms were pretty disgusting. They smelled so badly of smoke, the showers were not clean, the sheets were gross, the water was bad. I mean just about everything was bad except for the service.

Room is decent and it’s quiet around the area but the woman in the morning puts the breakfast up an hour early and that’s not far to the guest because when we book and wake up before 9:30am (i) expect to be able to go get breakfast since it’s included in my room fee. Especially at this time we are here refugees for storm francine today in Baton Rouge . So i am trying to re out to corporate on the issue
