My mother, sisters and I attended the afternoon tea etiquette masterclass at Fortnum and Mason yesterday, led by William and Jo. What an absolutely sublime afternoon! Both William and Jo were such lovely, down to earth people, and outstanding tutors. They made everyone feel so at ease, and were only too happy to answer any and all questions our group may have. The food was delicious, and the service provided by the Fortnum and Mason staff was fabulous. I was lucky enough to be sitting next to Jo, who was amazing company throughout, and took me under her wing when I was somewhat anxious about being in such a prestigious setting, well out of my comfort zone. The entire experience was absolutely well worth the investment price, and it is a memory we shall all cherish immensely. Thank you so much to both William and Jo for a thoroughly enjoyable time.

My mother and I attended the Afternoon Tea Etiquette Masterclass at Fortnum and Mason. Although the setting and topic could give the impression of being a very dry and formal atmosphere, Jo and William delivered the course with humor and grace. They were able to put everyone at ease about possible faux pas, which was a great relief. They were both very gracious about answering everyone’s questions and even took time at the end of the class to take photos with attendees. The food and tea selections were wonderful and traditional, which is to be expected at Fortnum and Mason. Truly a wonderful experience that I cannot recommend enough.
