Raphael helped us a lot with setting up new services and guided us with setting up proper communication tools for clients. He trained our receptionist to help with sales. Rafael was always there to help with any questions which we had after the training was completed. Even those which were not directly connected with his training. His technique with handling staff and employee development came into very handy.
What is interesting, a couple of years ago we disagreed with one of Raphael’s recommendations because we thought that our idea was great and it would work. After some time we realized we were wrong, and it just didn’t work for clients in the USA. We got back to what he recommended back then. We would have made more money if we followed his recommendation a few years ago.
As the business goes on, we feel that we will need Raphael again. It’s totally worth the investment.
