Zack helped me and my boyfriend train our hound dog and German shepherd. He trained us on how to handle our dog and gave us the background knowledge of dog psychology to help us help our dog. He worked with the hound on food aggression and general obedience, and completely resolved the food aggression. He helped us fine tune some issues we were having with our shepherd and educated us on the breeds. Both of our dogs loved him and he formed a great bond with them allowing them to trust him so he could help them. I would trust Zack with any dog and highly recommend for any behavior case.

My husband and our two dogs had a wonderful time learning from Zack. He was thorough in explaining the reasons behind everything he taught us and evidently knows a lot about working effectively with dogs, focusing on genetics and fulfilling their needs correctly. I continue to practice the things we worked on in our sessions and have two happy and fulfilled rescue dogs with different energy levels. One of my dogs doesn’t like to meet other dogs on leash and we worked up to being able to introduce her to a friend’s dog safely in a way that suited my pup and allowed her to feel comfortable. Working with Zack has been a highlight of dog ownership for me! I have owned 6 dogs and never been through any training. Stella, my newest fur kid, was impossible to walk due to her leash reactivity. Zack was absolutely amazing training my pup Bowie. We did the off leash program where Zack took hours teaching us the most efficient ways to train. I have never done any training prior to these sessions and I have to say Zack did an amazing job explaining to me and my boyfriend basic puppy psychology. By the last session we were off leash walking him downtown which I couldn’t imagine doing before. Overall I would 10000% recommend this to anyone one who is looking for help or in need of a trainer.

We hired Zack's Pack Dog Training & Behavior as a last-ditch effort to save our rescued Staffordshire Terrier, Orca. Orca had a bite history and we thought she was an aggressive dog. After meeting with Zack, he taught us that Orca wasn't aggressive, she was fearful. And reacting out of her fear.

Zack is very knowledgeable about dogs. He taught us so much! He is gentle and very patient - Orca and our other dogs love him and so do we.

Upon completion of the training program with Zack, Orca is a different dog. She's obedient and much easier to handle. We, as owners, are much more knowledgeable of dog behaviors.

We would say that Zack is the "dog whisperer", though we know that title is taken. But he certainly deserves it.
